Okay, this is a great appetizer and it is so easy peasy to make…Looks hard and complicated but it isn’t. Try these you will love them something different and looks amazing too. I will make even more and stack them up really neat and high making it look really good.
Salami
I start with a good salami, I like a dry Hungarian or Italian type if you can find it, I got this at Public’s. I get it sliced thin and get about 1/2 a pound. I lay it out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper nice and flat. Bake until crisp about 10 ~ 15 minutes on 350. Then I transfer to a paper towel and remove as much of the grease as possible. Then let them cool and stack.
Cheese Crisp
2 oz of parmesan cheese1 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
1 teaspoon died onion
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

I place the parmesan cheese, flour and garlic powder in blender or food processor. Process until a nice fine grade. Then add the seeds and mix well. I line a baking sheet with parchment paper. I get a round cutter of some sort and sprinkle the cheese inside the circle and flatten out best you can. Keep the circles from touching or they will run together while they are cooking. Bake at 350 for about 8 minutes. These do burn fast and will continue to cook a little after you remove them. Once they are nice golden color take them out. Let them cool completely before removing them.

I hope you enjoy them. I will make several plates of these for a party and put them in many different locations.
